Bed and Breakfast
Rates per night for two-people occupancy, breakfast included. Minimum of 2-night stay.

Due to the risk of intolerance and allergies, pets are not allowed in the rooms.
2-room apartment
Weekly rates. Open all year.
A minimum of 4-night stay is possible excluding high season (from June 15 to September 15).

Child up to 3 years old : free
From 3 to 12 years old : €20 / day
Person over 12 years old : €30 / day
Dog : €60 a stay
Dogs are allowed in the apartment subject to prior agreement.
Bed linen is provided. Final cleaning fee: € 70.

Booking and payment conditions
All booking requests, after confirmation from us, must be guaranteed by a deposit corresponding to 50% of the amount of the stay by check (France) or bank transfer. The booking will be final only after receipt of the deposit.
Payment of the balance is made (i) by wire transfer or by check (France) no later than 14 days before the day of arrival or (ii) by cash upon the day of arrival.
Payments by credit card and travellers’ checks are not accepted.
Cancellation terms
In case of cancellation no later than 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full.
In case of cancellation between 30 days but no later than 14 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be retained by the owner.
In the event of cancellation less than 14 days before the date of arrival, or in case of a shortened stay or of no-show, the entire stay will have to be paid in full.

Cancellation terms
The deposit will be lost in the event of cancellation more than one month before the actual rental date. In the event of cancellation less than one month before the rental, the difference between the deposit and the total rent will be charged.
No refund will be given in the event of early departure
